1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The most memorable has to be the location of MoaAlm and the view from the windows, balcony, and outside area. It is truly spectacular to be nestled in the snowy mountains. New Year's Eve spent under a canopy of stars was a sure highlight. For exciting, the cross-country skiing was excellent fun as were the hikes.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be flexible (and not just in a yogic way). The activities necessarily change with the weather conditions so go with the flow and enjoy whatever season happens to you (we had spring in the middle of winter which meant full sunshine and melting snow).3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The lunches and a dinner out in local restaurants were beneficial to the local economy as well as to us getting to sample local dishes.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Highly. We really enjoyed our week at MoaAlm. There was a good balance between active time and relaxing time, the food was creative and nutritious, and as I said before, the location was beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful week.Sue Farrant review 6 Jan 2024

The whole week was memorable and exciting so it’s hard to select just one part. The cross-country skiing, snow shoe hiking, tobogganing and yoga were fun, the food was superb, the scenery was dramatic and everything was beautifully organised by the delightful Moa Alm team. We all laughed a great deal during the week and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived until, all too soon, it was time to say our goodbyes.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
You could go to Moa Alm and just relax but you’ll get the most out of the mountain location and the activities offered if you are reasonably fit.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
It was clear that effort was put into reducing the environmental impact of the business.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Beautiful location, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely guests. Choice of activities everyday. Every aspect of the trip has been carefully planned and managed.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?

Everything was fantastic. I really enjoyed trying new sports like snow shoeing and cross country skiing. The vegan food was fabulous. The yoga was so good2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Lots of different layers to adapt to the changing weather3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes organic food sourced locally Local restaurants at lunch Vegan food, minimum waste recycling etc4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

It's so hard to pick one; I can honestly say that the whole holiday was memorable but the beauty of the area-the forests, the mountains, the snow covered peaks-all breath taking.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
At this time of year - in Moa Alm itself - it is quite warm. I had no T Shirts. And if you want to fully engage with all the winter sports you can do, get yourself to a good fitness level.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes. It was clear that close relationships had been formed with local farmers and those offering the winter sports activities outside of the resort itself. There was an emphasis on recycling, reducing waste and eating seasonal produce.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
