Thank you for your feedback - we rely heavily on feedback from our customers to monitor the quality of the cruises we offer and I am disappointed to hear that you were disappointed with some aspects of the cruise. Until a couple of years ago all the water that was provided was in plastic bottles, but under pressure from us the ships have now all changed to having water fountains. Many people take their own water bottles with them but that isn't always practical, so these cups are provided. It isn't ideal i know but it is moving in the right direction. I am sorry to hear that you didn't feel that the local people benefitted from your visit. The captain and crew of the vessel are all Croatian. Additionally in the evenings you will have eaten ashore at a variety of different restaurants on the islands that you visited, supporting the restaurants and staff, and as most of their produce is usually grown locally, you will also have supported the local rural economy and the fishermen too. The cruise manager should be a central point of communication, and we will follow this up as they should be very personable. We did offer you a Luxury Superior vessel at the time you booked, but you decided to book the luxury level. The rating of the vessels in Croatia is a comparative guide. The luxury vessels in Croatia don't pretend to match the luxury of a large luxury liner, but do provide more facilities and comfort, and staff, than smaller and older vessels.
