1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Loads of exciting and memorable moments but probably self driving around Etosha was an absolute highlight, amazing wildlife encounters.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Pack light, so many opportunities to get laundry done. Be prepared for some long drives but roads are very quiet. The gravel roads are challenging but you just have to take your time. Make use of the local guides, without exception they were extremely knowledgeable and keen to share their knowledge and love of their local area.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Generally local people employed at the wide variety of places we stayed so a definite local benefit there. You pay entry fees to the national parks which all help with their conservation work. Guides were all very knowledgeable about the conservation issues in their area so we definitely came with more information about local issues.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Excellent. Lived up to and even exceeded our expectations. Extremely well organised, everything ran like clockwork. Loved the differing places we stayed, really great choices of a variety of lodges, landscapes etc.Caroline Dean review 22 Sep 2025
