1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
For us it was lying on the sun beds listening to the waves lapping against the shore with the sun beaming down and a pleasant breeze. We wanted a quiet holiday and Dahab is perfect for that.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
You don't have to be a diver to visit this hotel, but it probably helps if you like boat trips or snorkelling. There are a variety of things to do including horse riding and day trips. Also there are plenty of restaurants with decent food, which you can eat there or take out. It was great to go on holiday and get a good choice of meat, vegetables and fruit with every meal.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
We definitely felt that our holiday benefited the local people, who were really friendly and always pleased to see visitors. It was a lovely place to relax, though it was kept very clean, we felt that there is still some work to be done in the region regarding educating people about avoiding dumping rubbish, especially in the sea.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

It’s perfect if you love diving and boutique hotels where you can get a real feel of the place you are visiting. It felt very safe and friendly.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The whole holiday was amazing! The owners and team of staff are so friendly and welcoming, loved the atmosphere at the hotel and I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time, it was exactly what I hoped for and much more. The snorkeling and try dive I did were fantastic, there is so much marine life to see and again it's thanks to the staff for making me feel at ease as I'm not a natural water person! Must also mention the mountain dinner, a great evening with great company and food under the stars.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Firstly if you're thinking about it - just go for it, you won't regret it! I stayed for 10 nights and wanted to extend! Initially I was a little uncertain about staying as a non-diver but I needn't have worried at all, if you are looking for somewhere to just chill out then it is for you too. Lovely beachfront location with shaded areas as well where you can just relax and enjoy the sound of the waves and drink a delicious fresh juice. If you are thinking of trying diving this is the place to do it! I had done a couple of try dives many years ago and didn't really take to it but I decided to give it one more try and really enjoyed it, once again credit to the instructor who knew I was on the nervous side and made me feel completely at ease and safe, thank you!3. Yes, yes and yes! The owners and staff are really striving to reduce use of plastic and other substances which can damage the environment particularly the marine life. It hadn't occurred to me that sun cream could damage the coral so was glad they recommended buying "ocean/coral friendly" sun cream which doesn't contain harmful chemicals before I travelled.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
