1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Difficult to pick out one aspect as there were so many but the day visiting the monastery in Amorgos followed by lunch and a swim in the Big Blue at Agia Anna was amazing. Plus the sunsets.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
We enjoyed having a different activity to do nearly every day. For myself and two teenagers who are quite active, this holiday provided the perfect combination of activity, sight seeing and relaxation.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, all our guides /activities were run by locals and the accommodation was owned by local families.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Exceeded expectations. We had a brilliant time. The locations and activities were expertly selected and the organisation was faultless with pickups always on time.Sylda Langford review 18 Jun 2025
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
We had a private tour of the Acropolis; we hiked to the top of Mount Zeus on Naxos, the highest peak in the Cyclades and our guide brought us to the best lunch spot in Halki; we spent a day on a catamaran sailing to beaches, swimming off the boat and taking a natural mud bath; we sea kayaked to an uninhabited island and jumped off the rocks; we had a cooking lesson with a local family and ate oranges straight from the tree on their organic farm; we visited the cliff top monastery in Amorgos and swam in the turquoise waters where they filmed The Big Blue. It’s impossible to pick just one thing. An unforgettable holiday.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Accept the recommendations of the local guides. We went with all their accommodation recommendations, even though they also supplied multiple other options of higher star ratings and prices. Everything recommended was perfect in terms of location, service and that local authentic experience.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, we stayed in local family-owned hotels and all of the activities were provided by local service providers. This was one of the best aspects of the holiday because we got to see and do things we never would have found or experienced without our local guides. Our tour guide in Amorgos popped into the best bakery on the island for fresh bread for our picnic on the beach, for example. Unreal stuff! We travelled mostly by boat and foot, with all accommodation located within walking distance of most amenities.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
If I could give it 6 stars, I would. It was a holiday of a lifetime. I also can’t complement the organisation of the holiday enough. As well as the great activities and accommodation, all details were arranged including transfers, ferry tickets and a daily check in with a local guide who was just superb. When plans changed, the responsiveness was incredible and updated arrangements made. Everything was seamless. Have never had such a stress free break!Susan Last review 17 Apr 2025
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
We loved it all but the cookery course on Naxos was particularly special - just so brilliant to get out into the countryside and talk to people about their farming and produce, then learn some new recipes.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Go for it - Annie and Christina were so helpful and really paid attention to every detail so the holiday ran smoothly. If you book the cooking course, do not have a big breakfast beforehand! Luckily we were able to take food home with us in takeaway boxes!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, the trips we booked and the hotels we stayed in were operated by local people who talked to us about the importance of tourism to their livelihoods and we were glad to be spending our money directly in their local economy. We saw a lot of environmental awareness (solar water heating, keeping towel and bedlinen changes to a minimum etc) and we are very supportive of these measures.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
It was absolutely fantastic and we loved Greece and all the people we met. It was ideal for us as a larger family to have access to apartments and double/triple room combinations. Annie and Christina really went the extra mile to make everything run smoothly for us, and having them on Whatsapp to answer questions and remind us of what we were doing throughout the holiday was brilliant. It was a real treat for us to have all our transfers arranged, so much less stress.Lesley Springall review 16 Sep 2024
1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
I thought it would be the sailing, kayaking or snorkeling, but actually it was the walk around the old towns of Naxos and lunch with our wonderful guide George. It was so interesting, the food was amazing (after we followed George's tips of what to eat) and we loved spotting the lizards along the walk! But honestly it was all so good, so well organised, so the best bit was just being so well looked after. The operator made it so easy for us!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
If you like being active every day, this is the trip for you, otherwise, build a bit of down time in, perhaps an activity every other day. But for us, well for me, this was perfect. I particularly loved where we stayed in Naxos and Amorgos, because the pools were so good and they were so close to the beach too - sometimes the best snorkeling is just off your own beach!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
It definitely seemed to always include local operators, so that was great, and where they could cut the environmental impact they certainly tried, but it's a bit tricky in Greece as there's not a lot of environmental / recycling etc. infrastructure4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
It was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Honestly we were so well looked after and practically everything we did and everywhere we stayed completely surpassed our expectations, and Christina was incredible at reminding me what was happening the next day and checking in on the day we just had. I couldn't recommend No the operator enough to anyone going to Greece. I've already told at least three friends about it and plan on telling a lot more!Nicole Teich review 20 Jun 2024

Fantastic. All the tours were brilliant, and the guides professional, friendly and helpful. The highlight of our two week trip was the day kayaking with Manolis on Naxos, but every day was wonderful. I will miss Christina’s evening WhatsApp messages when I go home. We can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thank you!Holiday Reviews
