1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Getting off the beaten track to visit a coffee plantation in the mountains and helping to prepare coffee cherries for roasting with no other tourists was a real pleasure.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Excellent way to get a flavour of Java.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
There were attempts to reduce environmental impacts such as reducing plastic waste by providing water to refill water bottles and our guide did discuss the issues of over tourism. There was also an effort made to get away from the standard tourist places (for example the visit to the coffee plantation and the bike ride on Mt Merapi) and thereby support local people rather than travel companies but more of this could have been done.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

The people, Borobodur, Prambanan, cycle ride through the fields eating fruit from the trees, coffee plantation, Bromo, hotel in Bali.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
As well as the jet lag at the beginning, there are some early starts - pace yourself and have a rest at the end.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
The focus was very local, so hopefully benefits were targeted there. As much as possible, our footprint was managed. And the people on the ground were aware, especially at the Bali hotel, which is why we chose it.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
