This is a stunning location, set in a beautiful mountain setting. Spotlessly clean, very homely and lovely large room with amazing views and wildlife. Morning yoga and the daily hikes excellent. As a non vegan, the food was scrumptious and the afternoon welcome back cakes, yummy, thank you Isabella , particularly loved the almond soup. Sophie, Tobias and team could not do enough to ensure our stay at MoaAlm was one to remember, most engaging and nothing was too much trouble.read more

Hiking to Dorfar valley and Lake was very memorable. The yoga room in MoaAlm has the most wonderful view. The chef Isabella's food was exquisite.read more

The most memorable has to be the location of MoaAlm and the view from the windows, balcony, and outside area. It is truly spectacular to be nestled in the snowy mountains. New Year's Eve spent under a canopy of stars was a sure highlight. For exciting, the cross-country skiing was excellent fun as were the hikes.read more

As experiences go, it was one of the best I've had. Excellent and clearly communicated itineraries are set out every day which means you don't have to make many decisions (great for anyone mentally exhausted in their day to day lives), and the team are so friendly you'll feel like you've know them forever.read more

It was all memorable! Morning yoga with the first rays of morning sunshine spilling into the room, hearty breakfasts with everyone around the table discussing plans for the day, panoramic hikes and skiing in the mountains and beside the snowy river, coming back to delicious homemade cake and coffee late afternoon, hot tub under the moon and stars, surrounded by the mountains, exquisite vegan 3 course evening meal chatting together as good friends. Loved it all, especially the fabulous evening meals at the chalet and the fun we had with the group. Excellent....The bike path along the Danube along some of the initial parts of the trip. Early morning fog that would then clear off over the river, the hardwood forests along the hill sides, small historic structures and castles built on their steep slopes.read more

Hard to say between several memorable hikes, yoga sessions, hot tub, excellent dinners, amazing staff, and the especially wonderful people we met. Great trip overall.read more

Great views of the mountains, exhilarating, challenging hikes and warm, fun atmosphere. We went down the hill on toboggans on the last day which was a first for me in 50 years!read more

Most memorable was the constantly changing, outstanding view from our bedroom window (and hot tub!). Being further up the mountain, we got away from the mass tourism below. It felt like our own little snow kingdom for one week.read more
