Almost impossible to say. We saw big cats every day of the trip as well as so many other wonderful animals. It was a great holiday. Saw all the animals I hope to see and although not a birder many superb birds. The three areas of the Okavango that we stayed in were all different but equally thrilling. As a bit cat lover, to have seen leopard, cheetah and lions all in 9 days was more than I expected. Impossible to say as there are so many brilliant, breathtaking moments and places to choose from. I think seeing our first herd of elephants marching in procession with their babies in tow, was very emotional. As was seeing our first cheetah! Incredible. Inhambane was a tropical paradise and our final lodge at Makuwa was stunning and the perfect place to end the trip. Our two guides, Ayi and Iton, were brilliant. There were many memorable parts! Seeing a leopard so close, seeing the big 5, exploring different cultures - it was not a holiday it was an adventure! Excellent. The guides were super, if you don’t want to ‘muck in’ and help make lunches etc don’t book this trip. There was great variety.read more

The game viewing at both safari lodges was excellent thanks to the high quality of the Rangers and Trackers. We have been on a number of safaris before but had not had more than fleeting views of leopards.read more
