I sure hope so. They told us to just purchase from Cooperatives...and we listened.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Benefitted local people- esp buying stuff in Marrakech markets and walking in Atlas mountains.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

The operator was not very good. The planning and care were very poor and we eventually abandoned the tour and did our own thing.Read the operator's response here:

1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
Absolutely everything! From the day we landed in Casa Blanca to our last day in Marrakech. Our driver, the Riads & the Sahara Bivouac chosen for us were superb. The Moroccan hospitality was absolutely wonderful.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
For women, be respectful by wearing proper clothing as requested. Being courteous is greatly appreciated. Try to learn to say "thank you" in their language. Small gratuities give you huge returns. Then, prepare yourself for a magical experience of a lifetime.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Absolutely! The only sad thing was seeing plastic bottles & other plastic waste in the beautiful Sahara dunes. We urge travelers to not throw away their plastic waste.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Above & beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for an exceptional & memorable experience. One minor issue: our Chefchaouen Guide abandoned us at a tapis (rug shop) for over 45 minutes even though we were not interested in buying.
