Excellent! From start to finish, Anna has been exceptionally helpful, providing us with a detailed itinerary, train tickets, transfer vouchers and hotel details. She was also available throughout had we needed her. We highly recommend this company.

The scenery in general, it is so unspoilt with native plants, meadows and wildlife in general. It was a special place to visit. We had the mountains to ourselves, it was nice not to rush, although we did decent walks, to stop and observe.. and our guide Julian was incredibly knowledgeable. He seems so committed to the area and so passionate so it felt like a privilege to be on this trip with him.

Our hosts were wonderful. All transfers were on time; food was excellent and local. Both are designed to be flexible (they asked us when, to confirm).
Also, it was wonderfully reminiscent of growing up in the American West. It looks very much like the Washington Cascades, Alaska and Colorado Rockies.read more

The natural environment was really impressive. Somebody had gone to lengths to find short but memorable walks for some of this holiday. The Canyon of
Waterfalls and Smolyan lakes were interesting, peaceful and well marked out. The trip to Varbovo was good and the Strulitsa Eco-Path was the highlight of
these walks. We extended our time in Devin so that we could explore more of this region and this river.
