1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
So many highlights but the most memorable was arriving at Aymara Lodge, feeling very travel weary, looking up and seeing two hyacinth macaws in the tree, looking down at me!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Plenty of bug spray, elasticated waists (food great!) and lots of memory cards and spare batteries for your camera!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Well air flight is obviously a problem but, this aside, our choice of lodge and holiday definitely supported these.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
Just overwhelmingly amazing.Nicki Casado review 9 Aug 2025

Take mosquito repellent!3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, mainly when we were in the Pantanal, although we also visited the Parque Des Aves in Iguazu, and we believe some of that entrance fee helps fund the saving, breeding and rehabilitating of Brazilian rainforest birds.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
The holiday was exhausting but enjoyable and we felt very privileged to be able to see and experience so much of Brazil in such a short space of time.Sarah Aslan review 5 Oct 2024

It was a terrific holiday. Between Jardim - Amazon, Chapada, and Pentanal, we photographed more than 140 species of birds and 170 types of flowers, trees, fruits, and seeds. The local accommodation was excellent, as were the travel arrangements by air and car. The river jaguar excursion was a unique, thrilling experience. Rio was charming as ever.2.
