Regarding your comment whether your holidays benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation.... I personally feel it has positively impacted the local people. Your visits to the local artisans and their communities have given them an opportunity to showcase their traditional crafts that they have been carrying on from generation to generation. Besides this, your trip has helped the following social and environmental causes : Support to NGO - Sightsavers which has also acknowledged your support by giving an appreciation letter to you. This NGO promotes the inclusion and equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities, including visual impairments or blindness, to achieve their maximum potential. Support to WWF India - by buying a recyclable shopping bag which we hope you would have used during the trip. WWF India works towards stopping the degradation of the planet's natural environment and building a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. We gave you a Stainless steel bottle that you would have used on your trip to help reduce single use plastic. We are quite sure that this trip has impacted your surroundings in a positive way.
