1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The beautiful landscapes - beaches and mountains2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Queenstown was more of a party town than expected and very busy for such a small town. Communication was not a strength of the operator and we did not like that they used 3rd parties to book our hotels and activities.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
I hope so.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
We enjoyed our time but if we had to do it again we would NOT use the operator again due to communication issues (information lacking upfront and assuring us of things that were not accurate). We did not realize and did not like that they used third party companies to book our accommodations and activities. We would have preferred a company with more local knowledge that was based or had staff actually in the countries we visited.Holiday Reviews
