Tortuguero park for the wildlife and Monteverde for Treetopia2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Transfers between areas can be long & uncomfortable as roads are twisty and often in poor condition. Beach resort we stayed at was very undeveloped so nothing to sit on / places to get drinks etc. Hotel restaurants often shut early3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes to local people and conservation, not sure about environmental impact4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Yes, we had support from a local tour operator for the duration of our trip. One of the pre-booked activities supported wildlife conservation in Costa Rica.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

It’s too hard to say! It was the most magical holiday - Costa Rica is beautiful, the wildlife incredible, the people so friendly….2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Pack lots of mosquito spray, waterproof jackets, walking boots and clothes you don’t mind getting sweaty in.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
A lot of the hotels made a point of explaining the things they did to help the environment. Kids Saving the Rainforest was an amazing place to visit and they do really important work for animals.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
