Amazing yoga instruction twice per day, beautiful accommodations and delicious food. Vibrant coastal town with lots to see and do. Retreat offered an excellent balance between scheduled activities and free time. Well worth the investmentread more

We had a smashing time - if you like walking and eating, this is a good one to go on. It's a close call between the wine tasting organised at Celar Eugeni in Palamos (we added a day) and visiting the Iberian city at Ullastret. Marti was very knowledgeable and had some excellent wines, so well worth the visit if there's time; the ruins and the museum are absolutely fascinating and well worth the trip on the last day.
