Our luxury Namibia holidays & tours
Our luxury Namibia holidays help you explore some of the world’s most inhospitable landscapes in a very hospitable way. We don’t cocoon you away from the rawness of nature; we immerse you in it, with remote camps and exclusive lodges tucked between mountains and dunes, and expertly designed itineraries that showcase Namibia’s natural wonders in all their glory. Classic routes start and end in Windhoek, taking in Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Etosha National Park and Damaraland. Namibia is among Africa’s most distinctive and starkly beautiful safari destinations. With our trips, you can see it in style.

Highlights of our luxury Namibia holidays
Luxury self drive safaris in Namibia
Our luxury self drive tours in Namibia give you the independence to go wherever you like, at a pace that suits you. Namibia is one of the easiest and safest countries for a self drive holiday; the roads are well marked, signage is in English, and the official language is also English, so you can communicate quite easily. Yes, this is a vast country, and any drives will be long, and dusty. But the roads are mostly paved and in good condition, so you can travel in relative comfort. If you’d like to upgrade your vehicle to something spacious so you can spread out a little, we’ll be happy to oblige.
Luxury fly-in safaris in Namibia
Namibia is massive, and paying a bit extra means you can swap entire days on the road for short internal flights, covering more ground in less time. These flights aren’t just a means of transport, either; the light aircraft fly low, giving you impressive views over the sea of dunes, the desert shipwrecks and the bleak landscape of Deadvlei, as well as helping you really understand the scale of the country. Flying also means you can reach further flung lodges and camps, as well as remote parts of the coast – such as the seal colony at Cape Cross – which can be tough to access overland.
Small group or tailor made adventures
Our small group luxury holidays in Namibia mean you can up the comfort levels while keeping costs down. And groups really are small – in some cases with a maximum of seven guests. You’ll have fixed departure dates and itineraries, a tour leader and driver throughout (usually Namibian), while local guides join you at points along the way. If luxury to you means privacy and independence, opt for one of our tailor made tours that are fully flexible in terms of dates, duration and itinerary.
Luxury accommodation in Namibia
Luxury lodges and camps in Namibia aren’t all about chandeliers and thread counts. By choosing smaller and more exclusive accommodation, often in private reserves, you’ll feel as though you have the desert landscape all to yourself. Remote locations mean your cabin may be open on three sides, or have a glass front; a flatscreen TV has nothing on panoramic views of the Namib Desert and its wildlife, jostling around a waterhole.
Some of Namibia’s finest accommodation is the community-run conservancies where large areas of small-scale pastoral farming have become successful ecotourism enterprises, serving as important revenue earner and employer for people such as the San. Other luxury properties contribute financially to vital conservation projects. Stay at the Desert Rhino Camp for instance and you’ll be helping support Save the Rhino Trust, which campaigns to stop the horrendous slaughter of rhino, elephant and other wildlife, providing security for and monitoring the rhino population in the Kunene region.

Stunning!...Dawn at Sossusvlei. Flying over the dunes the next day. The bleakness of the Skeleton Coast. Quadbiking on seas of sand. Driving across endless expanses of desert. The sky at daybreak - at sunst - at night. Encountering Giraffes, Elephants, Lions, Rhinos, Zebras and a host of other animals in their natural habitat.read more

We had an amazing time in Namibia and many of the experiences we had there will stay in our memories for a long time. The scenery there is incredibly beautiful, and the environments are so pristine. We were able to see a very wide range of wildlife at incredibly close quarters.read more
