Our custom-designed journeys prioritize train travel, offering a seamless, scenic, and sustainable way to explore each destination. High-speed rail efficiently connects major cities, while shorter routes make for perfect day excursions from urban hubs. We intentionally avoid car rentals where excellent rail service is available, reserving flights only for islands or routes that exceed six hours by train. Within cities, we discourage driving altogether, instead providing travelers with resources for local transit and walkable routes that foster deeper cultural immersion. Train travel is not just transportation—it’s an integral part of the experience.

Each itinerary includes carefully curated dining recommendations featuring vegetarian, vegan, and vegetarian-friendly options, as well as authentic local cuisine. When meals are included as part of an activity, plant-based choices are always available. For food enthusiasts, we design enriching culinary experiences such as guided tastings, farm-to-table dining, and private visits with regional producers.

Sierra Nevada National Park, Spain’s largest national park and a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, offers an extraordinary combination of ecological significance and cultural heritage. Its diverse habitats—from alpine zones to Mediterranean woodlands—support one of Europe’s richest biodiversities, including endangered species such as the Sierra Nevada red fox, Iberian lynx, and bearded vulture. The park also safeguards hundreds of plant species, many of them endemic and threatened, making it a vital area for conservation and scientific research.

On this trip, you can have a culinary experience that takes you on a flavorful journey through Barcelona. You’ll visit four carefully selected restaurants, each offering a unique perspective on the city’s vibrant food culture. Family-run taverns will introduce you to traditional Catalan tapas recipes passed down through generations, while contemporary eateries showcase innovative interpretations of Spanish cuisine that reflect the region’s evolving gastronomic identity.

To elevate the experience, a professional sommelier will guide you through a tasting of Spanish wines, from renowned vintages to hidden regional gems. The evening culminates with a glass of cava—Catalonia’s iconic sparkling wine—accompanied by an engaging explanation of its history, production methods, and cultural significance.

Later in the trip, you can journey to a 500-year-old olive oil estate, where you’ll meet the passionate owner and enjoy a farm-to-table meal in their company, surrounded by the groves that have sustained this family for generations.
